General Scope of the Inspections
A home inspection is intended to assist in evaluation of the overall condition of the dwelling. The inspection is based on observation of the visible and apparent condition of the structure and its components on the date of the inspection.

I understand the home buying process and the amount of time and hard work that goes into finding the right home. I also understand how important it is for you to know as much as possible about your prospective new home. I conduct my inspections to gather the data that will give you the confidence to make your most informed decision. I know that time is of the essence when you're making a home buying decision and will work with you to best meet your schedule.
My report will be detailed and yet easy to understand. This report will give you a complete and accurate account of the home's condition. Trustworthy and impartial, I am sensitive to the needs of all parties involved in the transaction. You will know the true condition of the home so you can make an informed purchase decision.
After the inspection, I will review the property report with you to make sure you understand everything in the report. My goal is to have everyone walk away from the inspection experience feeling at ease and satisfied.
Web-Based Home Inspection Report Option
My FREE, web-based home inspection report, containing text and photographs, is available to clients who cannot be present at the inspection. This secure, password protected report is in addition to the field report and can be downloaded and saved to your computer, as well as printed on a computer printer. The report is available from any computer with Internet access, providing easy-to-understand details on:
- The condition of components from the roof to the basement.
- What works and what does not work.
- Major and minor deficiencies.
- What needs repair / maintenance.
- Suggestions for further evaluations.
